She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jarboe and Anna Bell Simpson Payne; and her brother Darrell Payne. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Reed (Shawn), Jamie Hobbs (Tyler), Sherri Richards (Brandon Greer), Jason Locke (Erika) and Jeremy Locke (Tonya); her siblings, Paul Payne and Beverly Barnes (Lewis); and her close friend Lisa French. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
