She was predeceased by: her husband James Roy Castlen; her son Anthony Castlen; and her siblings, Liz Hagan, Judy Garvin, Jean Rhinerson and Joe Volk.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Petri (Fred), Joyce Warren, Mary McBride (Mike), Gerald Castlen (Bonnie), David Castlen (Mary), Larry Castlen (Patsy) and Danny Castlen (Susie); and her siblings, Bob Volk (Peggy), Richard Volk (Mary Alice), Shirley Volk, Margaret Volk and Agnes Myers. She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, Forty-Five Great-Grandchildren.
