C, Paschal Owen and Joyce Owen Willis; her children, Claudette Owen Ramsay of Cape Canaveral, FL, Sharan Ramsay Hinkle (Philip) of Cincinnati, OH and Edwin L. (Ed); her siblings, Lois Owen Krampe of Louisville and T. C. Owen of Livermore; her grandchildren, Stephanie Elliott of Trussville, AL., Joel Elliott of Cape Canaveral, FL, Dr. Susanna Hinkle Schwartz (Seth) of Cincinnati, OH, Jeffery Neal Ramsay of Lexington and Anna Ramsay Ress (Paul) of Louisville, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Chandler DeRieux, Dallas Elliott Reed (Joe), Leah Schwartz, Hannah Schwartz, Theodore Alexander Ress (Teddy) and Ella Mae Ress.
