She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Todd" Horrell; her parents, Lawrence Allison and Christine; her brothers, David Allison and Edgar Allison; and her great grandchild Carlie Austin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Allison Henderson (Randy) of Owensboro and Mary Todd Horrell of Lewisburg; her granddaughters, Aimee Austin of Owensboro, Susie Aud (Chris) of Owensboro and Amber Anderson (Will) of Owensboro; her great grandchildren, Courtney Austin-Wilkerson and Kendra Austin of Owensboro; her sisters, Karen Dunn (Sid) of Greenville and Grace Brown (Bob) of Logan County; and her siblings-in-law, Bennie Horrell (Judy) of Owensboro, Rob Horrell (Peggy) of Atlanta and Ann Horrell Gibson of Owensboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
