She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie James, and LeRoy James, Sr.; her siblings, Lawrence James and Olive James Burroughs; and her son Andre Moorman.

She is survived by: her brother LeRoy James, Jr.; her children, David, Marcus Moorman and Jessica James; and her daughter-in-law Angela Moorman. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
