She is survived by: her mother Sherrie Jolene Welch; and her siblings, Stacy Ward (Jerry), David Patrick Welch Jr. of Owensboro and Chad Welch (Crystal) of Owensboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
