She was predeceased by: her parent Oba Ray; her brother Christopher Ray; and her stepchildren, Beverly Fuentes and Billy Joe Stone. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Douglas; her grandsons, Preston and Elijah; her husband Billy Bullington; her children, Justin Hulsey, Kara Hulsey and Logan Hulsey (Brittany); her sisters, Annah Parsotan and Rebecca Hamilton (Richard); and her stepdaughter Elizabeth Bullington. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren; step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
