He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Keith and Anna Polston; and his brother Keith Maurice Polston. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. "Katie" Mulligan Polston; his children, Allen Dale Polston, Jr., Carrie Ann Jewell-Ward (Jake), Lauren Polston Rosenberg (Lee) and Katharine Suzanne Polston; his stepson Jeffery Hayden, Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael Jewell, Jr. (Alex), Madison Jewell, Lucas Ward, Kobe Polston (Shyanna), Addy Polston, Vivian Bruner and Will Rosenberg; his great grandchildren, Eli, Ian, Jhett and Oaklyn; and his sibling Terry Wayne Polston (Rachelle). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
