He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Eslick and Newton Eslick; his wife Erna Fischer; his son Alfred Fischer; and his brothers, Eugene (Beverly), Glenard (Verna) and Larry Eslick.
He is survived by: his sister Karen Hansen (Ken); his grandsons, Daniel (Zaidarie), Nick (Megan) and Christopher Fischer; his great grandchildren, Leonardo and Marco Fischer; and also, Sondra, Bradley Johnson, Barb, Dave Wheeler and Jackie Gooley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
