With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allen Lee Mason of Owensboro, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellek and Pauline Johnson; his stepfather Herbert Payne; his brother Wayne Mason; his niece Teresa Bennett; and his nephew Michael Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Payne (Phillip), Charles Mason (Beth) and Glenn Mason (Lori); his grandchildren, Trevor, Jennifer, Jessica, Cristal, Hunter, Cory, Natulie, Kinsley, Joseph, Sebastian and Piper (Bryce); and his sister Linda Bennett. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
