It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alisa Kay Shively (Owensboro, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 25, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Jackie. She is survived by: her husband John Shively; her stepson Paul Shively; her mother Patricia Jackie of Mt; her siblings, Theresa Jordan (Mark), Benita Jackie, Tim Jackie (Lisa) and John Jackie (Christy); and her friend Sandra Minton. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews; five great-nephews.
