He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Olinger and Sudie Gibson Hagans. He is survived by: his daughter Whitney Thacker (Wesley); his girlfriend Christine Barnes; his sisters, Janice Faye Smith and Angela Renee Hagans; and his grandchildren, Westlynn Rayne Thacker, Whitlee Karsyn Thacker, Walker Isaac Thacker, Camden Overbay and Rowan Overbay.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers of the family request donations to the funeral home to assist with funeral services.
