He was predeceased by: his father William Denzil Smith. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Ball Smith; his wife Rebecca Burkhart Smith; his children, Samantha Parker (Dustin) of Mt. Vernon, Christian Smith of Mt. Vernon and Rily Smith of Mt. Vernon; his brothers, Tim Smith of Orlando and Dakota Smith (Stephanie) of Mt. Vernon; and his grandchildren, Cooper Smith, Emmersyn Parker, Bella Smith and Lylah Parker.
