He was predeceased by: his parents, David Stewart and Hazel Falin Stewart of Orlando, KY; and his daughter Samantha Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Stewart of Orlando, KY and Kylie Stewart of Irvine, KY; and his siblings, Elmer Stewart (Vonda), Davy Stewart of Orlando, KY, Lewis Abney (Susie), Vonnie Wilder of Orlando, KY and JoAnn Fredericks (Kenny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
