He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Chesnut and Gladys "Pat" Wynn Chesnut; and his children, Michael Floyd and Angela Rachelle. He is survived by: his wife Tressa Hines Chesnut; his daughters, Felicia Chesnut Bullock of Mt. Vernon and Susan Chesnut of Fairview; and his siblings, Gilbert "Spud" Chesnut of Orlando and Marilyn Bobbie Chesnut of Crab Orchard. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
