She was predeceased by: her parents, James Halcomb and Florence Wyrick Halcomb; her husband George Mason; her daughters, Bettye Jean and Sandra; and her stepsons, Coleman, Earl, Bill, Andy, Lincoln, Bobby, Frank, Donald and Ernest.
She is survived by: her children, George (Janice), Dorothy, Mary Ann (Henry), Karen (Terry), David, Paul (Kaye) and Ronnie (Shirley); her stepson Jimmy of Chipley, FL.; her grandchildren, George, Jennifer, Melissa, Daniel and Michael; her great great grandchildren, Lindsey, Sydney, Mackenzie and Camilla; and her great grandchild Jim (Mammy).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dowell and Martin Funeral Home (365 W Main St, Mt Vernon, KY 40456).
