He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Mobley Allen; his children, Kevin Allen (Amanda) and Kimberly Allen; his granddaughter Riley Kate Spurlock; and his siblings, Paul Allen, Joe Allen and Mary Elizabeth Louderback. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
