It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Franklin Feltner (Oneida, Kentucky), who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Ida Feltner (Barger). He is survived by: his parent Clarence Feltner; his wife Martha Feltner (Gibson); and his siblings, Paul Feltner of Oneida, Charles Feltner of Manchester, Hazel Rickman of North Carolina, Meadie Stewart of Manchester and Rosetta Gilbert of Oneida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
