She was predeceased by: her siblings, David Martin and Gail Couch; and her nephew Dave Martin. She is survived by: her husband George D. Couch of Oneida, KY; her children, Scotty Couch of Oneida, KY and Kristy Napier of Oneida, KY; her son-in-law Anthony Tanner; her siblings, Claude Martin of Oneida, KY and Leona Collins of Hazard, KY; and her grandchildren, Quentin Tucker and Destiny Tanner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
