She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Kelsey (Claudia) of Oneida, KY and Jay Kelsey of Litchfield, KY.; her siblings, Chuck Barker (Portland) and Sharon Ramirez of Versailes, KY; and her grandchildren, Judianne Steltenpohl, Megan Fugate, Elaina Kelsey, Samuel Kelsey, RileyAnn Steltenpohl and Kelsey Steltenpohl.
