He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brown Hibbard; his sons, Billy Hibbard (Carletta) and Nicholas Hibbard (Kari); his grandchildren, Jeremy Hibbard, Jake Hibbard, Jayce Hibbard, Jasper Hibbard and Caroline Hibbard; and his sisters, Kathy Smith (Donnie) and Carol Huff.
