He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gilbert Smith; his son Delbert Jason Smith (Ginger); his stepdaughter Lori Beth Baldwin (Chris); his grandchildren, Delbert Taylor Smith, Trevor Scott Smith, Tristan Jayce Smith, Hannah Jo Williams, Justin Ryan Williams and Patrick James Baldwin; his son Eric Stanley Allen; and his brother Elbert Smith (Gelemna).
