He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Arnett and Bertha Burns Arnett; his sons, Shannon Arnett and Rodney Arnett; his siblings, Clayton Arnett, Dempsey Arnett, Roosevelt Arnett Jr., Robert Arnett, Jenette Blankenship and Toby; and his great grandchild Jaython.
He is survived by: his wife Mossie Arnett; his children, Darrell Morgan (Paula) of Oneida, Carlo Arnett of Ohio, Debra Hacker (James) of Manchester, Carlene Morgan of Somerset and Darlene Wilson (Bobby) of Oneida; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Bobby "Buck"), Johnathon (Deanne), Nicholas and Cheyenne (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Lynsey (Jessie), Megan (Austin), Kylie Grace, Marie, Heavenly, Dalaina, Grayson, Chance, Thomas, Joseph, Bently, Rodney, Kash, Kendra, Maci and Cameron Dees; and his brother Freddy Arnett (Wanda) of Oneida. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
