He is survived by: his wife Anna Belle Roberts Shultz; his children, Keith Shultz, Sharon Trent (Ted), Regina Pettit and Tammy Crouch (Jeff); his sisters, Marjorie Cannon and Geneva Daniels; his grandchildren, Miranda Lee Whitaker (Thomas), Erin Casey Hardin (Chris), Travis Pettit (Samantha), Lacy Pettit (Andy), Ryan Crouch, Sara Roberts (Logan) and Kelly McHugh (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Derek Bush, Jacob Bush, Allison Caudill, Abby Bromagen, Aubree Thompson, Clay Hardin, Sophia Pettit and Hunter Pettit; and his niece Mary Ellen Marksberry.
