She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtney Hart and Margaret Pergram Hart. She is survived by: her children, Dale Kendall (Pam) of Mount Sterling, KY and Pamela Cornwell of Salt Lick, KY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
