She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jimmie" Miller Starks; and her sister Shirley Gill. She is survived by: her children, Michael Starks (Michelle) and Jamye Stokes (Hal); her grandchildren, Carol Sanford (Jeff), Olmstead, Laura Thompson (Nathan), John Michael Starks (Sara), Lexington and Christopher Starks; and her great grandchildren, Austin Sanford, Bailey Sanford, Keeley Sanford, Avery Thompson, Kendall Thompson and Michael Lee Starks.
