She was predeceased by: her parents, Winburn Ellis and Lucille Ray Wells; and her children, William Ray Bivins, Alan Dale DeBow and Debra Lee Jacks.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Darrin Bush of Olmstead, Otho Lee Bush Jr. of Cadiz and Joyce Kemper of Norris City, Illinois. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
