He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Dovie Mae Spencer (Marlin); and his former wife Joyce Ann (McKinnis). He is survived by: his wife Judy Spencer (Latham); his children, Duane Spencer of Russellville, Sonja Cauley (Jimmy) of Auburn, Rita Kinser of Olmstead and Kaye Chavez (Lino) of Russellville; his brother Dale Spencer of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Ethan Spencer, Alicia Landreth, Bryan Piper, Debralee Shrode and Jon Bradley.
The family has asked that donations be made to the Logan County Animal Shelter or to Best Friends Animal Rescue.
