He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jess and Virginia Catherine Albright Perry; his siblings, William Fredrick Perry, Martin Lee Perry, Jess David Perry, John Nathan Perry, Mary Skaggs and Patricia Catherine Barker; and his niece Angela Rose.

He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Yates of Ironton, OH, Dorothy Evans of Grayson and Everett Dale Perry (Shirley) of Grayson; and his nephews, William Dale Perry and John Eugene Perry.
