He is survived by: his wife Shirley LeMaster Oakley; his son Steven E. Oakley (Lisa) of Olive Hill; and his siblings, Louie Oakley (Lucille), Sarah Jane Oakley Carver and Arlene Oakley Porter (Glennis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
