He is survived by: his sons, Michael Fultz of Carter City, KY and Matthew Fultz (Janet) of Olive Hill, KY; his siblings, Jim Fultz of Grayson, KY, David Fultz (Sue) of Grayson, KY, Danny Fultz (Kay) of Carter City and Shirley Jordan of Olive Hill, KY; his grandson Nathan; and his great grandchild Kai.
