It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Kay Prichard of Olive Hill, Kentucky, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Jackson and Lucy Jane Hutchinson Jackson. She is survived by: her siblings, Wilma Brainard, Geneva Rister, Bonna Jean Sparks, Annabell Claxon, Juanita Harlow, Ellis Sparks, Odell Sparks, Gene Sparks, Glendal Ray Sparks and Freddie Sparks; her husband Charles "Chuck" Prichard, Jr.; her children, Brian Keith Prichard (Imelda) of Scott Depot, WV and Sherri Ward of Tennessee; her granddaughters, Amber Thompson and Sarah Prichard; her sister Loretta Russell; and her nieces and nephews, Abigayle Sherman, Diamond Sherman, Tony Sherman and Joseph Sherman. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
