He is survived by: his wife Katherine Wright Boggs Shepherd; his sons, Heath Boggs (Brianna) of Olive Hill, KY, Nick Boggs (Jessica) of Olive Hill, KY and Jared Boggs (Amanda) of Olive Hill, KY; his siblings, Wanda Yocum of Scottsburg, IN, Carla Case (Danny), Marsha Keaton (Neil) and David Shepherd (Ceely) of St. Augustine, FL; and his grandchildren, Seth, Jayden, Kole, Landon, Sammy and Colin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
