He is survived by: his wife Betty Fitchpatrick Boggs; his children, Gregory Thomas Boggs (Tammy) of Olive Hill, Regina Howard (Adam) of West Liberty and Ashly Royse (Chris) of Georgetown; his stepdaughter Michelle Jordan of Morehead; his siblings, David Ray Boggs, Kenneth Boggs, Willie Jr. Boggs, Carmel Boggs and Yvonne Boggs of Olive Hill; his grandchildren, Megan Danielle Abner (Mike), Morgan Dawn Boatwright (Steven), Aaron Ray Boggs, Makayla Grace Tussing (Ryan), Alyssa Faith Howard, Jasmyn Nichole Stephens and Westyn Grant Stephens; and his stepgrandchildren, Gabriel Moore and Tila Moore. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
