She is survived by: her children, Kathy Zornes Vaughn (Theo) of Louisa, KY, Tina Lucas (Tommy) of Olive Hill, KY, Regina Burton (Jason) of Grayson, KY, Nissa Hill (Chris) of Danville, KY and James Cecil Zornes (Anita) of Morehead, KY; her sister Bonnie Middleton (Cleo); her grandchildren, Nickolas Vaughn, Jacob Vaughn, Thomas Lucas, Tony Lucas, Garrison Blake Burton, Addison Hill and Cayden Hill; and her great grandchildren, Waylon Vaughn, Owen Vaughn, Olivia Lucas, Jaxton Lucas and James Ray Lucas.
