He was predeceased by: his father Carl Daymon Carter; and his son Brett Daniel Carter. He is survived by: his mother Joan Conn Carter; his wife Peggy Wilson Carter; and his siblings, James Paul Carter and Vicki Lynn Skaggs of Olive Hill. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
