It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Blevins of Olive Hill, Kentucky, born in Grahn, Kentucky, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Wilburn and Elva Bowling Wilburn; her former husband Earl Lowe; her husband Rollie Blevins; and her siblings, Lorraine Stapleton, Juanita Knipp, Gene Wilburn, Kenton Wilburn, Tad Wilburn and Terry Wilburn.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri James (P. R.) of Olive Hill and Jenny Fankell of Olive Hill; her stepdaughter Toni Newsome (Larry) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Jarrod James (Kristin) of Asheville, NC, Jenise Blanton (Jacob) of Morehead, KY, Devin Bailey (Kayla) of Olive Hill and Daniel Bailey (Ruby Jo) of Olive Hill; her great grandchildren, Gracie Bailey, Pierce Bailey and Gideon Bailey; and her stepgrandchildren, Nick Newsome (Denise) of Murray, KY, Jason and Larisa Smith (Tony) of Ashland, KY. She is also survived by eight step-great-grandchildren.
