Gilbert; her daughters, Rhonda Gifford Haggerty (Robert) and Robin Renee Jessie (Roger); her granddaughters, Sarah Skinner and Emily Jessie; her great grandchild Trace Bond; and her siblings, Elwood Blevins (Marta) and Susan "Ermalee" Wyatt of Dover. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
