He is survived by: his wife Darlene Sloan Keeton; his children, Phillip Keeton (Trina) of Morehead and Victoria Byers of Olive Hill; his grandchildren, Trevor and Michaela; and his siblings, David Keeton of Midland, Ronald Keeton of Manitou Beach, Michigan, Eula Dillon of Clearfield, Carolyn Jones of Midland, Jane Winkleman of Morehead, Brenda Lewis of Morehead and Linda Moore of Bidwell, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
