He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Velton Leadingham and Betty Lou Barker Leadingham; his wife Dianna Barker Tindell; and his siblings, Dottie Wagoner and Maddison Leadingham.
He is survived by: his children, Dustin Leadingham, Cory Leadingham (Brook) and Bethany Thomas (Ryan) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Peyton Leadingham, Rayden Leadingham, Kaylen Leadingham, Hayden Simms, Haisley Thomas, Bryson Leadingham and Braxton Leadingham; and his siblings, Velton Leadingham (Barbara) of Hickory, Buris Leadingham (Linda) of Olive Hill, Rick Leadingham (Ladina) of Elliott County, Scotty Leadingham of Elliott County, Vera Middleton (Carlos) of Olive Hill and Janet Cox (Bill) of Elliott County. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
