He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milton Waggoner and Lou Evelyn Thornsberry Waggoner. He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda J. Oberlitner (Larry) of Elizabeth Town and Debbie (Jesse). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 protocols set forth by Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, private burial will be held at the Thornsberry Family Cemetery in Sandy Hook, Kentucky.
