He is survived by: his wife Edna Mae Stamper Kitchen; his sons, Glenn Kitchen (Faye) of Olive Hill, Stephen Kitchen (Jenny) of Olive Hill and Joseph Kitchen (Kelly) of Olive Hill; his siblings, Edna Mae Roe (Emeral) of Vanceburg, Lodena Maggard (Herb) of Ashland, Lowell Kitchen (Barb) of London, KY and Samuel Allen Kitchen (Marcella) of Olive Hill; his grandchildren, Erika Kitchen (Christopher) of Aviano, Morgan Kitchen (Jeffery) of Olive Hill, LaMika Smith of Olive Hill, Lacie Smith of Olive Hill and Tyler Gregory of Sabina, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Kitchen of Olive Hill and Fay Kitchen of Olive Hill.
