She was predeceased by: her parents, Blevins Blevins and Lela Tackett Blevins; her husband Fonza Slone; her siblings, Jimmy Blevins (Marietta), Nellie Poston (Martin), Ruby Boone (Jack), Cecil Blevins (Charlene), Arnie Blevins (Elizabeth), Ira Blevins (Nancy), Lee Blevins (Francis) and Bill Blevins (Silvey); her sister-in-law Sandy Blevins; and her stepdaughter Pauline Kiser.
She is survived by: her siblings, Albert Blevins of Augusta and Lillie Jones (Glenn) of Dover; her stepchildren, Glennis Slone (Delma), Gladys Runyon, Della Buckler, Ivan Slone and Mille Withrow (Donnie); and her nieces, Brenda and Vicki. She is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
