She is survived by: her husband Robert Louis Skaggs; her children, Bobby Skaggs (Peggy) of Grayson, Kentucky and Mary Burnett (Mike) of Grayson, Kentucky; her daughters-in-law, Toni Skaggs and Madonna Skaggs; her siblings, Mike Carper (Elsie) of Grayson, Kentucky, Lovell Carper (Debbie) of Grayson, Kentucky, Roger Carper (Pat) of Grayson, Kentucky and Shirley Williams (Robert) of Ashland, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Dottie Carper of Vanceburg, Kentucky.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
