He is survived by: his wife Deborah Layne Stapleton; his daughters, Heather Martin (David Jarnagin) of Williston and Jayla Greenhill Suttles of Olive Hill; his stepdaughter Chesla Blaydes Underwood (Jerry) of Olive Hill; his sisters, Teresa Stapleton of Nicholasville and Rhonda Fouch of Berea, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Chandler Nester of Edgerton, OH and Brandon Suttles (Amanda) of Olive Hill; his stepgrandchildren, Blayde Fox of Lexington and Ryan Fox of Nashville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Nova, CJ Nester of Edgerton, OH, Brayleigh, Kyleigh, Klaryn Suttles and Kentley Johnston of Olive Hill.
