Geneva Frazier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2020, at the age of 91, Geneva Frazier of Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Carroll and Sable Binion Carroll; her husband Paul Frazier; her sister Louise; her niece Jama; and her daughter Caroline Sue.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Justice (Curt); her grandson Sam Justice; and her nephews, Ron Lowe and Tim Lowe. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that everyone wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Three Pine Freewill Baptist Church, or to the church of your choice, in Geneva's memory.
