She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Newman (Richard) of Olive Hill, KY; her siblings, James Johnson of Olive Hill, KY and Betty Sullivan of Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Josh Cooksey (Julee) and Ashley Nicole Lake; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Janell Cooksey, Lilly Ann and Seamus Lake.
