He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Russell Hargett and Effie Marie Evans Hargett; his wife Edra Jane "Janie" Greenhill Hargett; and his brother Allie Russell Hargett, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Hargett (Leona) and Dr. Janet Fultz (Scott) of Olive Hill; and his sisters, Marilyn Harr of Olive Hill, Fern Butts of Olive Hill and Lyda Russell (Dan) of Lexington. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
