She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Worthington (Mark) of Olive Hill, KY; and her sisters, Nancy Brown (Reggie) of Crittenden, KY, Sandi Brodbeck (Bruce) of Howard, OH and Linda "Cookie" Zimmerman (Jim) of Lexington, KY..
