He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lyons and Mary Hedge Lyons; and his brother Mac Arthur Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Reggena Gilliam Lyons; his son Clarence Franklin Lyons, Jr.; his siblings, Myra Carroll and Jerry Lyons (Donna Ruth); and his sister-in-law Teresa Lyons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
